Victor Liberator Time Systems Corporate Information

Victor Liberator Time Systems, a service company based in Buffalo New York was founded in 1956 by Albert C. Liberatore
and operated as "A.C. Liberatore, Inc." This was just about the same time that IBM dissolved their time recorder
division. Shortly thereafter, Victor A. Liberatore joined his brother Albert bringing sales and marketing into the service
operation. In 1970, after Albert's death, the company name was changed to "Victor Liberator Time Clock, Inc." and Mr. Victor J. Liberatore (nephew of Albert and son of Victor A.) joined the company and now serves as President.
When our company was formed its primary function was to provide service to the City of Buffalo, New York and surrounding
areas. As the company grew new product lines were added such as Cincinnati, Amano and Lathem. Additional personnel were hired
to meet the needs of our growing customer base. In 1973 we added the parking control line from the Cincinnati Time Recorder
Company and started our Parking Division. We entered the Automated Time Accounting business in 1980 as a distributor for a
then small company called Kronos . Building Access Control and Photo Identification products were added in 1985 enabling us
to provide a single source solution for our customers. Over the years, the company has added several other product lines.
Our mission is to deliver High Quality, Cost Effective products and services that exceed the ever-changing needs and expectations
of our customers. Today, as in the past, our aim is to maintain the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
