Field Service Technician

Position Description:
Provide product hardware and software support to external customers.

• Perform preventive maintenance, ongoing service, and emergency repairs on equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment problems, performing preventive maintenance, assigned inventory 
  control duties, and routine shop duties.
• Complete maintenance administrative duties as assigned, and assist in the installation of hardware equipment.

Qualifications:
• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent work/military experience required.
• Previous experience in related area is highly desired.
• Strong mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic skills are required.
• Customer service and PC skills required.
• Some heavy lifting, unscheduled overtime, and travel required.
